Prerequisites : Back Handspring
Intermediate Tumbling is the perfect class for athletes who are ready to take their back handspring to the next level. With innovative drills and hands on spotting your athlete will begin connecting their back handspring to multiple other skills. Other skills developed in this class are but not limited to: Front handsprings, Aerials and Bounders!
Prerequisites : None
Beginner tumbling is the place for any athletes wanting to gain better technique in their forward rolls, cartwheel, front walkovers and back walkovers!
Prerequisites : Back Walkover
When your athlete has mastered their back walkover it’s time to embark on their journey to a back handspring! This class will set your athlete up for success with spotting, drills, strength training and confidence building exercises that will lead to a safe and technically sound back handspring!
Prerequisites : Round off back handspring series , Front walkover round off back handspring
Advanced tumbling is our class for athlete’s who have mastered their connected back handspring tumbling passes. This class will focus on the development and improvement of tucks, layouts & fulls
Ages 3-5
Your little one will gain confidence, coordination and basic tumbling knowledge in our Tiny Tumble class! With playful and age appropriate exercises they will have a blast learning forward rolls, cartwheels and more!

Rec Cheer is a great place for athletes new to all star cheer and wanting to learn without the time commitment of a team! Our Fall 2024 session runs August-mid November. Rec Cheer athletes will perform in our Fall Showcase on November 16th. There is still time to register!
Elevate your skills with our Stretch & Flexibility Class, designed to improve flexibility, increase range of motion, and prevent injury. This class is perfect for all athletes but especially beneficial for flyers looking to gain the extra flexibility needed for stunning stunts. Whether you’re aiming for better splits, stronger tumbling form, or more body control, our guided stretches and techniques will help you reach your goals in a supportive, motivating environment. Join us to stretch, strengthen, and shine!
Open tumble is the perfect, low pressure place to get in your extra tumbling reps, practice on the tumble track or work drill to bring your tumbling skills to the next level! Athletes work independently in this class but instructors are available for guidance & corrections
